Dr. Titus Fong is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at U.S. Bank and professorial lecturer for the Online Engineering Programs at The George Washington University. He is a machine learning engineering professional focusing on the banking and Financial Technology (Fintech) sector. He has held past and current positions as a big data science and machine learning engineer at prominent financial institutions, including Capital One and U.S. Bank. Dr. Fong excels in developing large-scale machine learning pipelines and platforms in the banking industry. His primary focus revolves around the evolution of next-generation machine learning infrastructure in the realm of FinTech.

Dr. Fong is deeply engaged in various research areas, including Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), natural language processing, product defect discovery, Large Language Model (LLM), and software engineering. His work in these fields is instrumental in advancing and improving the banking and financial technology landscapes. Additionally, his proficiency extends to cloud computing architecture, with a specialization in Azure and AWS.

Dr. Fong holds a Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.) from The George Washington University and a Master's in Computer Science and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
